Ms. Caudill maintains daily operational oversight for these companies. Her responsibilities include loan and lease origination and servicing, transaction management, portfolio management, and human resources and other administrative functions. In addition, Ms. Caudill has responsibility for the underwriting of all loan and real estate acquisitions. Prior to her joining Specialty Financial Corp. at inception in 1995, Ms. Caudill served as Vice President of Real Estate Lending for Home Federal Savings Bank and Vice President of Home Mortgage. She has been responsible for the underwriting of numerous residential and commercial transactions totaling more than $1 billion in value including master-planned communities, income producing properties, golf courses, and residential subdivisions. Ms. Caudill has over 30 years of experience in general operations and the real estate and finance industries.
