Mr. Gonfiantini previously was President and Chairman of the Board of Home Federal Bank. In such capacity, he was responsible for hundreds of millions of dollars in real estate loan originations. In October 1994, Home Federal Bank was purchased by American Federal Savings Bank. Mr. Gonfiantini has originated or participated in over $2 billion of real property loans. Mr. Gonfiantini has been in the real estate business for over 35 years.
