SPECIALTY MORTGAGE MANAGEMENT TEAM
			NELLO GONFIANTINI III, CEO Nello Gonfiantini is currently the President and Chief Executive Officer of Specialty Financial Corp., a real estate finance and development company, and Specialty Mortgage Corp., a real estate loan origination and servicing entity. Mr. Gonfiantini previously was President and Chairman of the Board of Home Federal Bank. In such capacity, he was responsible for hundreds of millions of dollars in real estate loan originations. In October 1994, Home Federal Bank was purchased by American Federal Savings Bank. Mr. Gonfiantini has originated or participated in over $2 billion of real property loans. Mr. Gonfiantini has been in the real estate business for over 35 years.
			DON GIESEKE, CFO Don Gieseke is the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Specialty Financial Corp., and Specialty Mortgage Corp. Prior to this, Mr. Gieseke served since 2001 as the owner and President of The Galena Group, an independent consulting firm offering senior management services, strategic planning, financial analysis and restructuring services. From 2002 to 2007, Mr. Gieseke also served as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer for the Empire group of companies, a vertically integrated group with interests in farming, food processing and renewable energy as well as land and water rights development. Mr. Gieseke holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of the Pacific. He has been a guest lecturer at the California State University Hayward in Financial Management and at the University of the Pacific in Management and Marketing as well as a recurring speaker in the Silicon Valley on business control and data processing.
			GRACE CAUDILL, CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER Ms. Caudill is the Chief Operating Officer of Specialty Financial Corp. and Specialty Mortgage Corp. Ms. Caudill maintains daily operational oversight for these companies. Her responsibilities include loan and lease origination and servicing, transaction management, portfolio management, and human resources and other administrative functions. In addition, Ms. Caudill has responsibility for the underwriting of all loan and real estate acquisitions. Prior to her joining Specialty Financial Corp. at inception in 1995, Ms. Caudill served as Vice President of Real Estate Lending for Home Federal Savings Bank and Vice President of Home Mortgage. She has been responsible for the underwriting of numerous residential and commercial transactions totaling more than $1 billion in value including master-planned communities, income producing properties, golf courses, and residential subdivisions. Ms. Caudill has over 35 years of experience in general operations and the real estate and finance industries.
			RENEE WAGNER, LOAN SERVICING MANAGERR Renee Wagner is the Manager of the Loan Servicing Department of Specialty Financial Corp. and Specialty Mortgage Corp. Her responsibilities include the daily operational oversight of this department including loan and investor ledgers and payments; property taxes, insurance, collections and foreclosures as necessary. Before joining Specialty Financial Corp in 1996, Ms. Wagner was the Manager of the Loan Servicing, Voucher Control and Secondary Marketing Departments for Home Federal Savings Bank and Home Mortgage Company. Ms. Wagner has over 25 years of experience in the real estate and finance industries.
			LISA ROGERS, LOAN ADMINISTRATOR Lisa Rogers is the Loan Administrator of Specialty Financial Corp. and Specialty Mortgage Corp. Her responsibilities include loan origination, processing, underwriting and closing of all loans. She works directly with brokers, borrowers, appraisers, title and escrow companies and attorneys to co-ordinate loan documentation and funding of loans for the company. Once loans are funded, she maintains direct contact with the borrowers to assist in the servicing and monitoring of the loan portfolio. Ms. Rogers’ mortgage banking career began in 1986 at Home Mortgage Company where she remained until 1994. Previous to joining Specialty Financial in 1999, she was a Residential Loan Officer with US Bank and CTX Mortgage. Ms. Rogers has extensive experience in all facets of real estate lending.
